1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of WOO (woo-irl.me), a real-life-first dating movement operated in the United Kingdom. By creating an account, ordering WOO cards or keychains, or messaging another member, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use WOO.
2. Who can use WOO
You must be at least 18 years old to create a WOO profile. You must provide accurate information about yourself and use photographs that genuinely depict you.
One person, one account. Accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.
3. Your profile and QR code
When you build a profile you receive a unique WOO link and QR code. You may share it in real life via WOO cards, a WOO tap keychain, or by showing your code directly.
You are responsible for who you share your code with. You can pause or delete your profile at any time from your dashboard, which immediately disables your public link.
4. Consent-first contact
No one can message you without your permission. When someone scans your code you must verify them via a contact request. You choose whether to accept, ignore or block.
Accepting a request does not oblige you to continue a conversation. You may end any conversation, at any time, without explanation.
5. Verification fees and orders
WOO charges a small verification fee. This filters out spam and time-wasters; it does not buy access, attention or a reply. Fees are non-refundable once identity is approved.
Printed cards, keychains and bundles are sold at the prices displayed at checkout. Faulty or incorrectly printed items will be replaced free of charge if reported within 30 days of delivery.
6. What we expect from you
Be kind. Be honest. Be respectful of other people's time and boundaries.
You must not: impersonate anyone; harass, threaten or abuse another member; solicit money, gifts or commercial services; post sexual content involving minors or non-consenting adults; use WOO for advertising, scams or recruitment; or scrape, copy or resell profile data.
7. Suspension and removal
We may suspend or permanently remove any account that breaches these terms, harms another member, or puts the community at risk. Serious matters are reported to the police.
You can delete your account at any time. Deletion removes your profile, photographs and public link. Message records may be retained where required for safety or legal reasons.
8. Liability
WOO is a connection platform; it does not vet users, employ or supervise them. We cannot guarantee the conduct, identity or intentions of any member. Meeting anyone is at your own risk — please read the Platform Safety Guide.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOO's liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as WOO grows. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app before they take effect.
